This innovative security and control system monitors the entrances and exits of the establishment invisibly and effectively. When entering the shop, the SmartWheel on the trolley receives an access authorisation. After the customer makes their purchase and passes through the checkout, the wheels automatically receive the check-out signal. The entire process is imperceptible to the customer, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
If a customer tries to leave the establishment without having passed through the cash register, Purchek® does not give the exit signal. In this case, the SmartWheel locks, locking the trolley in place. Just before locking, the system triggers an alarm that alerts staff to a possible theft attempt. This alarm can be configured in different ways: audible, visual, wireless or with recording capability, to suit the needs of each supermarket.
