In this edition, CARTTEC was awarded a prize for its technological innovation in Intelligent Trolley Design, recognising its work as a driving company in the sector.
The award was collected by Isabel Alonso, who took the opportunity to thank the entire CarttecLAB team for their work, as the R&D&I division of CARTTEC that has developed, among others, the innovation solutions that received the award on this occasion:
- The JuliusTEC intelligent trolley, able to follow customers during their journey through the supermarket, avoiding both physical obstacles and people who cross its path.
This shopping trolley, the first developed in the world, makes shopping effortless for people with limited mobility. We all know that the customer’s situation influences their shopping experience; therefore, they need a trolley that adapts to their needs.
- JuliusCart, the new range of supermarket trolleys developed to facilitate the shopping process with trolleys that minimise user effort through assisted driving.
This innovative trolley from Carttec provides the user with a mobile support, enabling smooth and effortless movement even when transporting heavy products.
- HORUSTEC, the platform enabling improved management via information on the location and movement of all shopping trolleys, inside and outside the store, as well as monitoring all its physical resources (scrubbing machines, pallet trucks, replenishment trolleys, etc.).
